Samantha Jones
Improv Empowerment
Improv Empowerment is taught by founder of Hudson Valley Improv, Samantha Jones (Bull, FBI: Most Wanted, The Blacklist). It’s a fast, furious, and deeply energizing 2.5-hour workshop that will kick your camp experience into high gear. Through a rapid-fire series of physical, vocal, and mindset-shifting exercises—infused with acting technique to help you stay grounded in the moment—you’ll get out of your head, into your body, and fully connected to the present moment. This class, based in HVI’s signature method, is designed to blow open creative blocks, strengthen your ensemble instincts, and ignite personal confidence—on stage and off. Be ready to move, sweat, laugh, and leave lit up from the inside out.
All levels welcome.
