The cabins will sleep around 4-8 people. We've done our best to fulfill all your requests. All cabins have private bathrooms, showers, and electricity. If you have any questions about cabin assignments, please contact camps@improvutopia.com.
Campers will need to provide their own bedding; pillows, and towels (including hand towel).
Some beds will be assigned specifically based on requested needs.
LODGE UPGRADE
If you upgraded to a room in the lodge, you will not need to bring linens, pillows, or towels. It's pretty much like a hotel room, with no turndown service. -

Food is only out for 45 minutes per health guidelines at Calvin Crest.
During meals there is access to various beverages including coffee and tea. This coffee/tea station is managed by Camp Calvin Crest and is available throughout the weekend when supplied. We will also have some snacks accessible at the Dining Hall throughout the weekend. Bringing your own is also recommended!

Camp Calvin Crest will have vegan, vegetarian, non-dairy, and gluten-free options. For those of you with restrictions who would like to bring snacks and alternative meal options that need refrigeration, you will have access to a fridge in our Cedar Lodge. -

We anticipate it being warm but be prepared for cold at night. It is best to prepare for all conditions. Again, check the weather, as well as the list of things to bring and be prepared for anything. It's fall, you never know in the mountains. We recommend checking the weather for “Fish Camp, CA” in your weather app for the most accurate forecasts (the town of Oakhurst can give misleading weather information because it is at a much lower elevation than the camp itself).
-
Covid test: We require proof of negative covid tests upon arrival to ensure the safest weekend possible.
Acceptable tests (either/or):
A negative at-home antigen test: 24 hours before arrival
A negative PCR test: 72 hours before arrival
To fulfill your testing requirement:
Snap a photo of your test results to your phone and show that at check-in when you arrive.
Please do not email them.
The registration coordinators will request to see it in person upon arrival.
If you feel at all sick, PLEASE DO NOT COME TO CAMP.
If this is the case, please contact camps@improvutopia.org as soon as possible.
You assume any risk while coming to camp.

In our FAQ section on the website, look under the question "What to Bring" and you will find a list of recommended things to bring to camp.We also recommend that you bring allergy medicine if needed.
Campers will need to provide their own bedding; pillows, and towels (including hand towels). Campers who upgraded their room do not need to bring these.
If you’re traveling far and not able to pack these things, reach out to the Facebook group to see if any folks have extra to bring for you.
