Physical improv is usually most memorable and the most fun. From character traits to fight scenes, there are different levels of being physical on stage. In this class, we will be exploring successful and safe ways to be making fun physical choices. From dynamic staging, intentional movement, and even how to safely execute a funny fight scene. We'll figure what is best for you at any physical level.
All improv levels are welcome.
About Alrinthea Carter
Originally from San Diego, Brandon Hensgens is a performer, and coach based in NYC. Since starting his improv journey in 2011, he has trained at iO West, Pack Theater, Second City, North Coast, and Finest City Improv. Performed at various festivals and theaters around the country. Additionally, he has produced and hosted sold out shows all around San Diego, like Hamiltunes, Dungeons & Dementors, and the Roar Takeover. He currently performs at festivals and theaters around the country with his two person shows, Jackie: The Improvised Martial Arts Movie and Hopscotch.
Outside of improv, he is a graphic designer for Improv Utopia and dumpling maker for eating.
