Our scholarships for the 2026 camp season are open now.

Our Scholarship is available to anyone who could benefit from financial assistance of any amount.

We have funding for small scholarships for all U.S. Improv Utopia retreats in 2026. Currently listing Improv Utopia West, East and Yosemite.

Our goal is to support as many folks as possible, so we do not award many full scholarships or large funding amounts. However, we often have folks sponsor campers and full scholarship awards. Therefore, you’re welcome to request full support in case those opportunities arise.

The selection process begins 60 days before each camp, and all applicants receive a response at least 45 days before their requested event begins. 30 days is when full payment of camp is requested.

Funding is available to both registered campers and those who haven’t secured a spot yet.

• If you wish to hold a spot for a camp weekend:

  • You can secure your spot with the $300.00 deposit.

  • Apply for scholarship.

  • Pay Plan Fees are waived and your payments toward the balance due remain flexible.

• If you wish to wait for the funding award to decide:

  • We hold a very limited number of spots just for scholarship award recipients.
