Tashika Campbell
Inclusion Training Presents: Sticky
Improv attracts individuals from all walks of life and with that comes different experiences, viewpoints and personalities which when coupled with the spontaneity of Improv, may cause harm to theater participants. As theater directors, administrators, teachers and performers, we may sometimes find ourselves "stuck" as to how to resolve sensitive issues when they arise. This workshop will assist theater leaders on acknowledging how socialization and power dynamics affect relationships and collaboration and will help develop an understanding of microaggressions and how to navigate and address them.
