About TC McCracken

TC McCracken is a Human Resource Consultant with 27 years of Human Resources, Marketing and Strategic Planning experience in the private, public, and non-profit sectors supporting small and mid-sized organizations with all aspects of Human Resources.  As a strategic leader she has designed and developed comprehensive HR strategies, drove organizational growth and connected teams through inclusive practices, deep listening, and collaboration to build a positive work culture.  Yes, she helps organizations stay on track with ever changing employment laws and regulation.  And, TC leans into her life experiences, sense of humor, and her artful self to support organizations and people with creative, personable and sometimes even fun ways to move teams together and forward.  Her passions are performing on stage as a comedian and clown.  She also enjoys improv, sketch writing, storytelling and jogging at a slow pace.  TC’s focus is on humans in the field of Human Resources.

Jacque is a freelance artist and administrator. In working for & operating small businesses, Jacque has developed web design skills. She has completed four websites for other small businesses and freelance professionals using Squarespace from 2020 to present day.
