Fast Food Viewpoints: Playing with Space, Time, & Movement

Elective Workshop
Fast Food Viewpoints: Playing with Space, Time, & Movement

Want more physical scenes that defy expectation? This workshop will give improvisers a fast-food introduction to the nine elements of theater identified and described by Anne Bogart's Viewpoints. Through loosely devised scene creation, students will explore these key elements  of theater with the end goal of enriching their scene work and empowering them in performance.

This class is appropriate for those who want to support their improvisation with some core actor/creator training.

For participants: Know that this class will not deal strictly with improvised scenes, but rather bolster your tools for exploring what is possible in any theatrical/performance setting.
